POS and Cabling Technician

OvationCXM is seeking a skilled and experienced POS and Cabling Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support platform, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing low-voltage cabling for Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) systems and networked wireless printers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure POS and network devices
  • Troubleshoot and repair low-voltage cabling issues
  • Provide top-notch customer service and support
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support
  • Valid state-issued driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable transportation and necessary tools
  • Android/iPhone mobile device and laptop computer
  • Knowledge of low-voltage cabling and network devices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Points:

  • Military Veteran with networking background
  • CCNA, CCNP, Network +, or otherwise certified in Networking
