Job Summary
As a PCA, your role will involve assisting nursing staff by providing fundamental patient care in accordance with the prescribed treatment protocols.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collecting and documenting patients' vital signs

  • Reporting significant observations to the supervising nurse manager

Additionally, you will aid patients with mobility, including transfers to and from beds, showers, and wheelchairs, as well as assisting with grooming and personal hygiene.
