Job Summary

Aramark Corp. is seeking a skilled Food Service Worker I to join our team. As a Food Service Worker I, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our food service area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet Guests: Greet guests as they arrive and depart in a timely manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Deliver Excellent Customer Service: Always deliver exemplary customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and Serve Food: May be required to prepare and serve hot food, ensuring that all food products are handled and presented in a safe and appealing manner.
  • Expedite Orders: May be required to work as an expediter in the kitchen, keeping orders organized and ensuring they are sent out to the right tables in a timely manner.
  • Maintain Food Safety Standards: Ensure accurate handling of all food products and equipment, maintaining a clean and organized food service area to ensure food safety standards are adhered to at all times.
  • Perform Daily Side Work: Maintain daily side work, ensuring any required logs are completed in a timely manner, and completing any restocking and cleaning duties.
  • Keep Accurate Accounts: Keep accurate accounts and spoilage records, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Work with Diverse Populations: Must be able to work with diverse populations in an encouraging and positive manner, providing exceptional customer service to all guests.
  • Handle Guest Complaints: Respectfully handle guest complaints, responding to concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Compliance with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies, and energy.
  • Reliability and Punctuality: Report to work on time and in complete uniform, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
  • Cleaning Schedule: Maintain cleaning schedule of equipment and facilities, ensuring that all areas are clean and organized.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Flexibility: Must be flexible and willing to work a multifaceted schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Physical Demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
