  • Design and create promotional materials, such as flyers and e-blasts, to promote resident events.
  • Plan events within a monthly budget and maintain a sense of market presence and community value.
  • Assist in conducting community tours for future residents upon request.
  • Adhere to the company's safety program rules and perform all duties in a safe manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to demonstrate a commitment to the Company Mission.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with Employees and vendors.
  • Must be outgoing and demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Utilize great communication, organization, and networking skills.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, professional appearance in their dress and grooming consistent with high standards of quality and service.
  • Prior customer service experience required.
  • Prefers Associates degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Picture Manager.
