As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our practice, providing exceptional patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office procedures, including scheduling, patient registration, and billing
- Oversee treatment coordination, including scheduling and managing patient appointments
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional programs to attract new patients and retain existing ones
- Lead and motivate our dental practice team to achieve productivity and financial goals
- Collaborate with our dental team to ensure excellent patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in dental management, preferably with a clinical background
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
