Job Summary: The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring a positive experience for patients and staff. This role involves providing direction and implementing job responsibilities, as well as assessing key business indicators. The ideal candidate is a task-oriented, organized leader who can effectively manage staff and prioritize tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set an example of excellent customer service
  • Oversee the achievement of production and collection targets
  • Utilize financial arrangement techniques to help patients overcome barriers to treatment
  • Implement office protocols and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction
  • Ensure doctor treatment plans are presented professionally and correctly
  • Communicate with patients regarding outstanding balances in a tactful and diplomatic manner
  • Manage routine matters such as time off, schedule changes, and policies
  • Manage relationships with insurance carriers
  • Submit payroll on-time and accurately

Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in a dental practice or similar environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Outstanding professionalism, high moral standards, and a self-motivated work ethic
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Driven personality to strive for excellence in patient care
