We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Student Relations Technician to join our team at LIFELONG LEARNING ADMINISTRATION CO. As a key member of our staff, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk and Student Support:
    • Schedule orientations for incoming students
    • Ensure all required student enrollment paperwork is complete and correct
    • Accurately input student information into our student information system
    • Properly issue and track student work permits
    • Provide quality customer service
    • Answer incoming telephone calls and handle them in the appropriate manner
    • File documents in student folders
  • Compliance:
    • Track and record work samples for accuracy
    • Audit student work samples and documents for mandatory compliance
    • Check report cards for completeness and accuracy
    • File student homework away
    • Conduct orientations for new students
    • Assist teachers with problem-solving issues related to compliance and attendance
    • Create and maintain compliance and attendance checklists
    • Verify and confirm attendance in our student information system
    • Submit compliance error reports to management
  • Qualifications:
    • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
    • Multi-tasking skills and ability to react to changing circumstances
    • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
    Requirements
    • High School Diploma or General Education required
    • 2 years of work experience in a fast-paced, clerical support position
    • Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
    • Good record-keeping techniques and organizational skills
    • Proficient or intermediate skills in MS Office
