Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently sorts, washes, dries, folds, and presses linens and resident garments.
- Restocks linen closets and carts for nursing units, ensuring timely returns of linen barrels to the laundry area.
- Delivers freshly laundered linens and resident clothing to designated rooms.
- Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Conducts routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning detergent build-up in washers and lint traps.
- Identifies and removes stained, torn, or otherwise unacceptable facility linens.
- Ensures punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.

- Adheres to the standards outlined in the Company's Code of Business Conduct, policies, and applicable laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to read and write at a level suitable for the role.
- Effective communication skills with residents, their families, and all organizational levels.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Demonstrates patience and politeness in all interactions.
- Willingness to learn the operation of washing machines, dryers, and related equipment.
- Understanding of infection control techniques.
