As a Senior Healthcare Supervisor, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and reassessments of clients, overseeing caregiver services. You'll assess caregiver skills and provide PCA training at orientation, monitor client care, and communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors. You'll also follow agency policies and procedures regarding the duties and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse.

Job Requirements:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina with a minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience in patient care.
  • Ability to provide two references or employment verifications.
  • Willingsness to travel locally (Mileage Reimbursement provided).
  • Availability for occasional after-hours or weekend intake calls.

Please note that a comprehensive criminal background check and Communicable Disease Clearance, including a 2-step PPD test, are required for this position.
