As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for achieving performance metrics related to sales, service, and installation of advanced technology products. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting customer home visits and site assessments.
- Installing satellite and smart home equipment.
- Ensuring optimal broadband internet connectivity.
- Educating customers about our services and products, while offering smart home solutions.
- Promoting additional services and products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase your earning potential.
- Traveling to various job sites, which may require driving distances.
- Completing other tasks as assigned by the Field Service Manager.
- Basic computer proficiency; knowledge of electronics or audio/video systems is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with power tools and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- A strong work ethic and a friendly demeanor, with a willingness to engage in sales.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, use ladders safely, lift up to 60 lbs., and navigate confined spaces.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid Driver's License that meets company safety standards.
- Background checks and drug testing will be conducted in compliance with applicable laws.
