ECU Health is seeking experienced palliative care RNs for 13-week internal travel opportunities at ECU Health Medical Center, our academic Level I trauma center.
Job Description:- Specialty: Palliative
- Discipline: RN
- Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 36 hours per week
- Shift: 12 hours
- Employment Type: Travel
The 16-bed palliative care unit provides symptom management and end of life care for patients with conditions like cancer, heart disease, kidney disease and more.
Requirements:- Education: Diploma in Nursing, Associates in Nursing or higher. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Experience: Greater than 1 year of nursing experience is required
- Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- Base pay: up to $70/hour for all travel nursing positions
- Overtime pay: 1.5x base hourly rate for overtime (over 40 hours) and holiday pay
- Additional pay: $3.00/hour for stand-by pay and $2.00/hour for charge/preceptor pay
