About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our Product and Technology team at Spectrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software systems that support new and existing business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software systems that meet business requirements and are scalable, efficient, and reliable.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in major DBMS, coding, testing, and design.
  • BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of software design patterns and principles, creative and abstract thinking, and effective communication skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities, including the ability to share knowledge, resolve conflict, and create consensus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines.
