Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bilingual Lead Clinician to oversee the therapeutic and case management requirements for our Unaccompanied Minors Program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a liaison between program stakeholders and clinical staff
  • Developing and implementing program policies and procedures
  • Coordinating clinical services and ensuring quality and excellence in service provision
  • Participating in the hiring and training process for newly hired clinical staff
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work or a related field
  • Licensed to provide clinical services in the State of New York
  • Minimum 2 years of post-master's experience providing direct services to immigrant young persons
  • Supervisory experience

Salary: $72,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
