Job Overview

As a Telebehavioral Health Clinician, you will play a critical role in delivering remote mental health care through our telehealth platform, addressing the needs of patients across various demographics.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
  • You will conduct telebehavioral health assessments and evaluations for patients of all ages, considering their individual needs and concerns.
  • Provide telepsychiatry services in areas including Adult Psychiatry, Addictions Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Offer a range of therapeutic interventions, including Adult Therapy, Family, Couples, and Group Therapy, Child/Adolescent Therapy, and Trauma/PTSD Therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with the care team to create individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient, promoting their mental and emotional well-being.
  2. Conduct teletherapy sessions with patients, using effective communication and therapeutic techniques to facilitate healing and growth.
  3. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and privacy laws.
  4. Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.

Requirements

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatrist).
  • Experience providing telehealth or virtual care is preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical skills and a thorough understanding of evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with patients remotely.
