We are seeking an experienced Data Engineering Manager to join our team in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and implementing data engineering strategies that align with business delivery goals.

  • Leadership & Strategy:
  • Define and implement data engineering strategies that align with business delivery goals, including test data provisioning, regulatory compliance, and automation enablement.
  • Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, including data engineers, automation engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Advanced knowledge of test data management (TDM) frameworks, tools, and processes.
  • Experience in evaluating and onboarding TDM tools like GenRocket, Synthesized, or Informatica TDM or IBM OPTIM.
  • Innovation and Enablement:
  • Ability to introduce innovative solutions for TDM challenges, such as self-service test data provisioning and streamlined data refreshes.
  • Integration with automation suites, ensuring on-demand and reusable data availability.
  • Compliance and Governance:
  • Deep understanding of regulatory standards and ability to ensure that all TDM and engineering processes adhere to legal and organizational policies.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 - $140,000. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
