Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement efficient production plans for field operations teams in the Municipal division
* Lead effective snow operation plans that maximize staffing and assets while minimizing unnecessary expenses
* Review and approve branch personnel timesheets
* Assist with recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding new employees
* Develop and conduct training programs for field staff to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and safety
* Ensure work is being conducted in a safe manner, while maintaining safe working conditions for employees, customers, and the environment
* Establish and promote positive relationships with local vendors, service partners, and local agencies
* Accurately submit all required documentation in a timely manner
* Manage all incidents and injuries within the Municipal division

Requirements:

* Aligns well with Brilar's core values, vision, and mission
* Pass pre-employment drug screen
* Consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing
* Have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Must be insurable by Brilar's insurance carrier
* Minimum of high school diploma
* Minimum of 3 years of management-level knowledge and experience within the commercial lawn maintenance and snow removal industry
* Proven extensive knowledge of operations, production management, and fleet management
* Must be able to lead and motivate a team
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Self-motivated, well-organized, and strong time management skills
* Positive and friendly attitude
* Must have professional phone, meeting, and event etiquette
* Must be able to work as a team and take direction from multiple sources
* Must be a self-starter, able to productively work for extended periods of time with minimal direct supervision
* Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions
* Required to be on call 24/7 during the winter season, including weekends and holidays
* Must be time flexible, without schedule restrictions
* Must be physically able to operate power equipment
* Able to lift 50+ lbs., bend, walk repeatedly for a continuous period
* Proficient knowledge of computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite and Aspire
* Must sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, and non-solicit agreement
