Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
  • Sales and Marketing: Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Help grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreach.
  • Team Support: Support clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma (or equivalent) and previous retail or sales experience (preferred).
  • Skills: Critical thinking, excellent math and computer skills, ability to multitask, great people skills, and ability to establish positive relationships with guests.
