Overview of the Role
DexCare is seeking a Senior Product Manager to spearhead product leadership initiatives. This role requires setting a clear vision for a complex problem space grounded in a thorough understanding of user and business needs, as well as prevailing industry trends. The ideal candidate will effectively communicate with technical, clinical, and operational audiences, articulating DexCare's value proposition and solution offerings. Collaboration with customers to comprehend their business needs and objectives is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate and implement the product roadmap in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and the distinct requirements of healthcare lifecycles.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Healthcare Operations, to deliver innovative and impactful products.
  • Oversee the complete product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring products meet the needs of patients, providers, and healthcare facilities.
  • Establish and maintain effective cross-functional communication and collaboration processes within the organization.
  • Serve as a liaison between healthcare stakeholders and internal teams to facilitate communication, gather feedback, and drive product enhancements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of consumer needs and market trends to inform product strategies and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in healthcare product management, particularly with consumer technology products, and a solid understanding of patient, provider, and facility lifecycles.
  • Experience in developing product roadmaps and successfully executing product strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage strategic third-party relationships and integrations, including EMR and HL7.
  • Experience in bringing AI features to market and developing proprietary machine learning models.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to unite cross-functional teams and drive product development initiatives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse healthcare stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving innovation and leading product initiatives.

Preferred Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in product management.
  • Background in healthcare technology.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.

The salary range for this position is between $140,000 and $160,000, plus equity. DexCare offers a comprehensive benefits package, including eligibility for an annual bonus, healthcare benefits, short/long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and a 401k plan. Additional benefits include paid parental leave, eight paid holidays, and unlimited PTO, along with hybrid and remote working arrangements.
