Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Staff Member to join our team. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences, ensuring seamless communication between patients and our medical team, and contributing to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, responding to their inquiries, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and our medical team, ensuring accurate communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Manage patient scheduling, appointments, and billing, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with our medical team to ensure seamless patient care, from initial consultation to treatment completion.
  • Participate in practice marketing initiatives, promoting our services and building strong relationships with patients and the community.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in dermatology.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Practice Management Software, such as Modernizing Medicine.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
