Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering speech therapy services to students in various school settings. Your expertise will play a critical role in helping students overcome communication challenges and achieve academic success. You will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other support staff to develop personalized learning plans that cater to individual student needs.
Responsibilities
- Analyze individual and class needs to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement evidence-based strategies to address identified needs.
- Collaborate with educators and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of speech therapy services.
- Monitor student progress and adjust learning plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and community groups.
- Ensure accurate documentation of student progress and service delivery.
Benefits and Salary
This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
