Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Crescent Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and register guests, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest information.
- Check guests out of the hotel, verifying room and service charges, and processing payments.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Use up-selling techniques to promote hotel services and facilities, maximizing room occupancy.
- Field guest complaints, conduct research, and resolve and negotiate solutions for guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and services.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
