  2. Inform customers about the advantages and features of consumer electronics and tools, aiding them in making knowledgeable purchasing choices.
  3. Meet sales per hour objectives by actively interacting with clients and driving sales.
  4. Inspect and clean jewelry items to enhance store profitability and ensure they meet quality standards.
  5. Inspect and clean consumer electronics and tools to maximize store profitability and uphold high product standards.
  6. Organize the jewelry sales area according to company guidelines, ensuring an appealing and orderly display.
  7. Organize consumer electronics and tools in accordance with company standards to create an engaging shopping atmosphere.
  8. Promote and sell Trade-in and Jewelry Trade-Up plans to improve customer satisfaction.
  9. Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring that the sales floor is clean and welcoming.
  10. Participate in regular sales training and store meetings to remain informed about best practices, new products, and sales strategies.
  11. Adhere to safety, health, and security protocols, including compliance with OSHA regulations and loss prevention measures.
  12. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Bilingual in a second language preferred (additional compensation available).

Knowledge:
• Familiarity with point of sale systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Physical Requirements:
• Stand or sit (stationary position) 20% of the day.
