  • Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
  • Identify patients' and their significant others' learning needs and implement appropriate measures to meet them.
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary functions to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Fulfill all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • State of CT RN license
  • Zero to six months of experience
  • Nursing certification and BSN preferred
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 36-hour workweek. The work schedule is evening/night shifts, with weekends as contracted. The department is the Nursing Float Pool.
