Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care. As a pediatric nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our medically fragile patients and their families.

About the Role:
  • Provide high-quality clinical care to pediatric patients in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in a home health setting
