Job Title: Pediatric Therapy Program Director

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Speech Therapist leader to join our team at Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC. As a Pediatric Therapy Program Director, you will be responsible for managing overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage overall operational and therapy functions in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of day-to-day therapy operations.
  • Understand and adhere to all applicable home health regulations and standards.
  • Supervise, develop, and lead multiple disciplines; OT, PT, ST.
  • Serve as a resource person and role model to staff.
  • Work closely with physicians and parents to provide high-quality care.
  • Oversee referral, staffing, and care coordination.
  • Ensure that documentation is completed in accordance with Company policies.

Requirements:

  • Three years speech therapy experience and one-year home health experience preferred.
  • Must be a Speech Therapist who is currently licensed to practice in this state.
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license, maintain automobile liability insurance, and have reliable transportation.
