As a Change Management and Training Consultant, you will leverage your expertise in industry training and change management to effectively implement organizational transformations and tailored training for our software solutions. This position involves significant travel commitments.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Social Work/Human Services, or a related discipline with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience.
  • Certification as a Change Management Professional (CCMP) is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe PDF tools.
  • Familiarity with SaaS project implementations is advantageous.
  • Experience in Health and Human Services is preferred.
  • Specialized training in Adult Learning, Business Analysis, or Organizational Assessment is a plus.
  • Must possess authorization to work in the United States and currently reside there.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, up to 85% of the time, is required.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments to gauge organizational culture, processes, and readiness for change.
  • Collaborate with agencies to pinpoint strengths and challenges related to change.
  • Foster and facilitate organizational engagement.
  • Formulate change strategies and plans, implementing initiatives with clear timelines and milestones.
  • Develop communication strategies to keep agency personnel informed, ensuring clear messaging to minimize resistance and garner support for changes.
  • Create and deliver customized training sessions to prepare agencies for new operational methodologies.
  • Assist agencies in monitoring progress and facilitating necessary adjustments to ensure successful change adoption.
  • Develop and document Standards of Practice (SOP) for Change Management practices related to SaaS solutions.
  • Work alongside Project Managers to create training schedules that align with customer availability.
  • Regularly evaluate and update training materials based on product changes, enhancements, and feedback from trainers and staff.
  • Engage in customer-facing activities, both in-person and via video conferencing, throughout project implementation, including change implementation sessions and training.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Northwoods products to provide consultation on business process changes and transition planning, troubleshoot issues, and identify workflow efficiencies.
