Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven professional who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our members. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for understanding member needs, providing solutions, and proactively discussing and referring additional products to internal partners. You will also be responsible for processing requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services, and ensuring that member financial needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with members through exceptional customer service.
  • Understand member needs and provide solutions to their financial requirements.
  • Proactively discuss and refer additional products to internal partners.
  • Process requests for memberships, depository accounts, loans, and account maintenance services.
  • Regularly follow up with members to ensure that their financial needs are met and uncover any additional needs they may have.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding established sales and service goals.
  • Remain up to date on current products, services, and marketing campaigns through attending training, and remaining familiar of all changes and disclosures.
  • Remain compliant with all financial regulations including: BSA, OFAC, Reg CC, USA PATRIOT Act, etc as they apply to the duties of the position.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum 1-2 years or more of similar or related experience. Key qualifications include being goal-oriented, service-oriented, problem-solving competent with a strong attention to detail, self-motivated to meet required sales goals, possessing strong listening skills, written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a consistently changing environment, and being a TEAM player and able to work well in a group setting.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year
