We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Wet Etch Process Engineer to become a key member of our outstanding team.

In your role as a Process Engineer, you will play an essential part in our Wet Etch division, spearheading the advancement of cutting-edge memory technologies.

Your responsibilities will center around leveraging your equipment expertise to lead continuous enhancement initiatives for both current Wet Etch tools and future-generation machinery.

Success in this role will require effective collaboration with the process engineering team and adept management of vendor resources to meet technological and efficiency targets.

Your specialized knowledge will be crucial in ensuring seamless equipment operation and the successful execution of improvement projects, allowing you to work alongside a team of high-caliber engineers to elevate our technological capabilities.

You will also utilize innovative experimental methodologies to tackle unique technical challenges associated with processes and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Wet Process Equipment, including system upgrades, tool installations, and de-installations.

Oversee and coordinate vendor activities to achieve set objectives.

Provide technical hardware support within the Wet Process area.

Complete project milestones and address hardware deficiencies related to equipment.

Collaborate with process engineering to outline hardware development plans, encompassing wafer processing equipment, diagnostics, data collection needs, and quality control/variation reduction strategies.

Establish effective vendor relationships to ensure supplier engagement and achieve top-tier equipment performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal skills with customers, partners, and management.

Innovative problem-solving abilities.

Strong analytical skills with the capacity to identify underlying correlations.

A background in electromechanical systems or hardware-related education/work experience.

Ability to formulate data-driven problem statements and success criteria.

Proficient project management skills to meet objectives and deadlines.

Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment and embrace change.

Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Strong computer proficiency and a quick learner of new software, such as JMP and other data analysis tools.

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering discipline. Familiarity with computer/data science and/or IoT knowledge is preferred.
