We seek a seasoned marketing professional with a strong background in digital marketing. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and collaborate effectively with team members to drive client projects forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Account Team with daily tasks, including managing deliverables, timelines, budgets, and deadlines for digital initiatives, website management, paid media, and creative campaigns.
  • Oversee website development projects, social media strategies, and other digital marketing efforts, ensuring thorough testing and implementation.
  • Participate in all stages of project management, from client planning and design to development, documentation, and project closure.
  • Ensure timely completion of project tasks while effectively managing workflow to meet objectives.
  • Support the creation of project proposals, estimates, meeting summaries, timelines, budgets, and media plans.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma; some college education preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a project coordination role.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing agency setting.
