Job Description

As a MEP Program Manager at VIP Staffing, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining partnerships with external organizations, vendors, and stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with fellow managers, supervising teams, setting goals and objectives, conducting market research and surveys, monitoring budgets and timelines, producing progress reports, and devising strategies to optimize procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partnership Management:
    • Develop and nurture relationships with external partners, including MEP contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner programs with business goals.
    • Identify potential partners and evaluate their suitability for collaboration.
  • Program Development:
    • Design and implement partner programs that enhance business growth and customer satisfaction.
    • Define program objectives, KPIs, and success metrics.
    • Create program guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Monitor partner performance, track key metrics, and assess program effectiveness.
    • Conduct regular reviews and provide feedback to partners.
    • Address any issues or challenges promptly.
    • Budget and Resource Management:
      • Manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
      • Work closely with finance and procurement teams to optimize spending.
      • Evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for partner initiatives.
    • Communication and Reporting:
      • Produce progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
      • Communicate program updates, changes, and opportunities to partners.
      • Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
    • Relevant experience as a substitute for degree will be considered.
    • Experience working within the Architecture, Engineering, or Construction fields preferred.
    • Proven experience in partner program management, preferably in the MEP industry.
    • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
    • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
