Nightwing is in search of a dedicated Technical Instructor - Cybersecurity Specialist to support our initiatives in providing advanced technical training and assistance for Department of Defense (DoD) personnel. This role is pivotal in enhancing the operational capabilities of our military clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions, mentoring senior military staff on various technical equipment and operational methodologies.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of educational programs and operational concepts.
  • Provide specialized training on advanced technical equipment as required.
  • Develop and present technical training courses tailored to various skill levels, ensuring a thorough understanding of complex topics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with the capability to obtain a Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Proven experience with technical information collection systems relevant to counter-terrorism efforts.
  • Ability to conduct thorough site assessments and execute operational security planning.
  • A graduate of a recognized technical operations training program with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in:
  • Computer systems and hardware, including proficiency in Windows and LINUX environments.
  • Networking principles, including router and switch operations, as well as familiarity with various network protocols.
  • Intrusion detection systems and network security measures.
  • Wireless communication technologies.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in adult education and training within the last decade.
  • Educational background in fields such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines may be considered in lieu of direct experience.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership capabilities and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

A valid U.S. government-issued security clearance is mandatory prior to the commencement of employment. U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite for eligibility for security clearance.
