Job Summary:

Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for resolving technical problems and answering queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnoses, identifies, isolates and analyzes problems utilizing historical database records.
  • Maintains and updates records and tracking databases.
  • Resolves technical problems and answers queries by telephone in support of internal and/or outside customer computer hardware, software, network, and telecommunications systems.
  • Establishes Video Teleconference (VTC).
  • Performing routine and emergency actions critical to Operations center support including voice communication, message routing, and voice and video conference configuration and operation.
  • Providing maintenance, and controls of the systems that project on Knowledge Walls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in related discipline and five years experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Information Technology to include:
  • Establishing Video Teleconference (VTC).
  • Performing routine and emergency actions critical to Operations center support including voice communication, message routing, and voice and video conference configuration and operation.
  • Providing maintenance, and controls of the systems that project on Knowledge Walls.
