Job Summary:
The Sales Associate's primary function is to sell and promote Perry Ellis merchandise through the execution of our customer service standards. Their duties include greeting customers, helping customers find specific products, and ringing up customer purchases on the point-of-sale register.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining eye contact and smiling.
- Generate maximum sales potential in accordance with our customer service standards.
- Build a repeat customer base through excellent customer service and data capture.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, promotions, and special events to communicate effectively with customers.
- Foster a positive store experience by treating all customers and staff members fairly and consistently.
- Effectively maintain floor coverage, acknowledging every customer and prioritizing their needs.
- Consistently report to work on time and demonstrate flexibility with their schedule.
- Understand individual and store sales goals and follow operational policies and procedures.
- Follow guidance from management to execute visual standards, recovery, and replenishment.
Requirements:
