We are seeking a highly skilled Comprehensive Multifamily Incentive Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the CoMFI Program while ensuring program goals and deliverables are met.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of energy efficiency, utility energy efficiency programs, measure recommendation, energy and cost savings, and financial analysis of recommended measures. You will also be responsible for promoting energy conservation and sustainability in the natural gas industry and contributing to a more sustainable future by helping customers optimize their energy usage.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement the CoMFI Program while ensuring program goals and deliverables are met.
  • Develop and deliver training to RHA staff or in support of training and technical assistance contracts.
  • Design and develop calculation tools, online tools, and mobile apps according to program specifications.
  • Conduct energy analysis of building energy efficiency measures using standard or predefined energy analysis tools and methodologies.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in energy efficiency or energy-related field.
  • Strong computer application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication skills.
