Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain thermoforming and vacuum forming machines to produce high-quality production parts
• Set up and program machines for automatic operation
• Determine cycle times and optimize production processes
• Lead and assist team members in performing at a high level
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in thermoforming and vacuum forming machine operation
• Experience with setting up machines to run production parts
• Knowledge of various tooling used to form parts
• Ability to read and follow job instruction packets and edit when required
• Competency working within a high-level quality system (AS9100D)
