Job Summary:

We are seeking a Substitute Registered Nurse to join our team at Ashland Public Schools.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Implement individualized health care plans for students
* Administer medication and provide episodic care to all students
* Respond to students' and staff health needs
* Document student/staff encounters using electronic health information system (SNAP)
* Communicate with parents, faculty, and medical providers as needed

**Requirements:**

* Current Massachusetts license to practice as a registered nurse
* Current BLS Healthcare Provider certification

**Working Conditions:**

* Reports to the Head Nurse and School Principal
