Pediatric Speech Therapist Opportunity in Pennsylvania

At Soliant, we are committed to providing exceptional speech therapy services to students in need. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Kensington, Pennsylvania.
Job OverviewWe are currently interviewing and hiring for the remainder of the school year. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Compensation and BenefitsThis full-time position offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive guaranteed work hours, payment for both direct and indirect services rendered, liability insurance coverage, and access to health, vision, dental, and 401(k) benefits for full-time employees working at least 30 hours per week.
Job Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess students with communication disorders to diagnose the root cause of the issue
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
- Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
- A valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology license or equivalent is required
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
