About the Role:

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions ABA, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavior Therapist to join our team. As a Behavior Therapist, you will work one-on-one with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA clinician
  • Work one-on-one with children to address their behavioral needs
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure the child's safety and well-being

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • Ability to lift children up to 50 lbs on occasion
