Job Title: Behavior Technician (ABA)

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (ABA) at Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing direct treatment and ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Behavior Technician will work one-on-one with children to implement specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral, social, and community skills. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis and be able to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans to address behavioral, social, and community skills
  • Work one-on-one with children to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with BCBA clinicians to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Provide support and guidance to families and caregivers
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment progress and goals
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum one year of experience working with children with disabilities
  • 6 months of ABA experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required for Pennsylvania applications
