Job Title: Behavior Technician (ABA)

Job Summary:
Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children implementing specific treatment plans designed to address their behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills. With training, you will perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with children implementing specific treatment plans
- Implement behavioral management, daily living, social, and community skills
- Perform appropriate management to ensure the child's safety

Requirements:
- Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with children that have disabilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
