About the Role

As a Field Clinical Representative II, you'll play a critical role in our mission by serving as the primary resource for sales and clinical support in the areas of basic troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up for spinal cord stimulation products in a clinical setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products through presentations and demonstrations.
  • Participate in case reviews and clinical observation by working with physicians, hospital, and ambulatory surgery center staff.
  • Attend cases in the operating room of hospital and surgery center accounts and perform patient follow-up to ensure customer and patient success with implanted products.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and discuss how company products can help them achieve their goals.
  • Utilize company resources to identify potential patients and referral sources to educate them on neuromodulation and the value of pain management in treating chronic pain.
  • Develop relationships with hospital and ambulatory surgery center personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and identify key decision makers to facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to customer and patient needs regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.
  • This position is a field-based sales position within the assigned territory, requiring daily collaboration with other local Field Clinical Representatives, Territory Managers, and the Regional Business Director.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in sales and/or clinical education. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with a minimum of two years' work experience in a sales and/or clinical role. Medical device sales and/or clinical education experience is preferred, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biology, Kinesiology, or other science field.
