Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform intricate mechanical assembly and conduct routine preventive maintenance on assembly tools and equipment.
  • Expertly solder ground plate boards and fine pitch components.
  • Understand and apply safety standards, operational procedures, Bills of Materials, and engineering documentation.
  • Work closely with the Assembly Lead to pinpoint and execute process enhancements.
  • Function effectively in an ESD-sensitive workspace.
  • Precisely interpret and adhere to assembly schematics and work instructions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an electronic manufacturing setting.
  • IPC certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated fine pitch soldering expertise is essential.
  • Capability to solder ground plate boards and fine pitch components.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25 lbs. and apply torque up to 14 lbs.
  • Experience with soldering thru-hole components is advantageous.

Shift Availability:

  • 1st Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM

Important Note: This position necessitates access to facilities and information subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Access to controlled technologies is restricted to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens and lawful permanent residents, or certain foreign nationals with an export license.

Compensation Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
