Job Overview:

Enhance and uphold our esteemed Red Wing brand reputation through expert selling techniques, fostering loyalty, and cultivating enduring relationships with our clientele.

This is accomplished by advocating for the Red Wing Shoe Company's Ultimate Fit Experience (UFX), marketing our premium offerings, and delivering attentive customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
1. Guide each customer through RWSC's Ultimate Fit Experience.
2. Provide suitable accessory suggestions and inform customers about the advantages of each.
3. Meet and surpass daily productivity and sales targets.
4. Ensure the sales floor presentation, store signage, and cleanliness standards are upheld.
5. Maintain expertise in product knowledge, technical, and operational standards through ongoing education.
6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by adhering to organizational standards and legal regulations.
7. Offer direct assistance in the daily operations of the retail establishment.

Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
2. 1-2 years of relevant experience.
3. Results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Comprehensive understanding of Red Wing Shoe Company's mission, values, and organizational structure.
2. Knowledge of profit and loss management.
3. Naturally inquisitive, passionate about new ideas, and focused on driving growth.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Experience in Retail Footwear.

Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to lift 50 pounds, bend/squat to lace shoes, overhead lifting, twisting, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods.
2. Housekeeping duties including but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping & waxing floors, washing windows, disinfecting the store using chemicals, discarding trash, maintaining recycling, and installing and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and displays.
