Job Description
PNC is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join its Regulatory Reporting organization in Pittsburgh, PA. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This role will involve research, discovery, collection, and interpretation of business requirements, development and review of processes and procedures, workflow analytics, and reporting.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include:
  • Researching and discovering business requirements.
  • Collecting and interpreting business data.
  • Developing and reviewing processes and procedures.
  • Conducting workflow analytics and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a university degree, 2+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in SQL, business analytics, and project management. They must also possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently. Preferred skills include financial reporting, system integration, and business requirements analysis.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience. PNC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, employee life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k), pension, and stock purchase plans. The company also provides paid time off, maternity leave, parental leave, adoption reimbursement, and surrogacy assistance.
