Our sales professionals are highly motivated and ambitious individuals who excel in helping clients find and buy the home of their dreams. This full-time position provides agents with a fantastic opportunity to utilize proven systems that ensure success.
Our fast-growing team has a high volume of leads, which we need sales agents to handle. We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
Estimated Annual Salary: $85,000 - $165,000
About the Job:
This role involves rigorously prospecting for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth. You will also gather local community information to answer client questions about potential homes. As a sales agent, you will be responsible for consulting with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs, and closing deals efficiently and smoothly. Additionally, you will provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust, and increase sales volume.
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Technology driven
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Currently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License
- Coachability
- Self-motivation and drive
