We provide a comprehensive training program as well as excellent marketing tools and administrative support. $75,000 - $150,000 yearly

• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience

• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume

• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
• Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
• Show good organizational and time management skills
• A successful and proven sales history is preferred
• Technology driven

• A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
• Currently have or are studying for your Washington State or Oregon State Real Estate License
• Coachability
• Self-motivation and drive
• Full-time Team and individual Agent availability AS WELL AS A Part-time individual agent who can plug into our events and online training
