Post-Training Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Weekend Availability: Required once every 5-6 weeks

Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent

The Customer Program Coordinator serves as a vital link between clients and service providers within the automotive purchasing initiative. This position is tasked with collecting information, conducting research, and effectively communicating program guidelines to all stakeholders. The Coordinator will ensure that all incoming and outgoing communications are handled accurately and promptly, with appropriate follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Engage with clients, service providers, and internal teams through phone and email, demonstrating professionalism and business acumen.
  • Maintain composure during challenging interactions and provide clear, actionable solutions.
  • Respond to client inquiries within a 24-hour timeframe.
  • Educate clients on the advantages of utilizing the automotive program.
  • Advise service providers on procedures and pricing structures.
  • Review client transactions meticulously to ensure accuracy.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with both clients and service providers to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years in a customer-focused role.
  • Experience in handling escalated calls or in customer retention is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience managing follow-up communications using an Outlook calendar.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer communication via phone.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Commitment to high standards of customer service excellence.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Adaptable and capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive demeanor, reliable work ethic, and accountability.
  • Demonstrate integrity and sound judgment in all interactions.
