As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our materials and products adhere to the highest standards of quality and design specifications. Your expertise will be vital in supporting Quality Assurance audits and in the systematic organization and analysis of quality data. You will collaborate with management to address any quality, production, and efficiency challenges that may arise.

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee the concrete monitoring system to ensure optimal performance.

- Maintain, prepare, and oversee testing equipment to guarantee accuracy and reliability.

- Act as a liaison between the production facility and engineering teams to address repairs and inquiries regarding component parts.

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to equipment and processes.

- Propose and implement enhancements to existing processes.

- Ensure adherence to the quality systems manual in accordance with PCI standards.

- Maintain compliance with calibration protocols for testing and manufacturing equipment.

- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

- Proficient in MS Office applications.

- Strong mathematical skills.

- Ability to interpret construction documents and technical literature is advantageous.

- Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently.

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

- Willingness to obtain ACI certification within the first six months of employment.
