Job Overview

Sandhu Law Group LLC is in search of a Junior Litigation Attorney for our office. We are a comprehensive civil litigation and creditors' rights law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to individuals, businesses, and financial institutions across multiple states.

Position Summary:

The selected candidate will manage a diverse caseload under the guidance of a senior attorney. Key responsibilities encompass drafting and reviewing initial legal documents, including complaints, summons, deeds, contracts, and various real estate instruments. The candidate will also be tasked with conducting legal research and drafting memoranda, motions, and responses to briefs, along with occasional appellate briefs and motions as necessary. The role requires readiness to represent clients in state trial and appellate courts, as well as before administrative bodies, municipal courts, and federal courts.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio;
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities;
  • Capacity to manage a substantial workload efficiently;
  • On-site presence is mandatory—remote work is not allowed due to client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in litigation within courts and administrative settings;
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and/or the State of Indiana;
  • Admission to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio Federal Courts;
  • Familiarity with title examination and clearance processes;
  • Experience in representing clients in Bankruptcy Courts.

While prior litigation experience is advantageous, we welcome recent law school graduates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
