Job Title: Senior Product Manager/Owner

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager/Owner to join our team at Saxon Global. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for leading the development of digital products and services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis of digital technology projects, including front-office applications and technology enhancements.
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives for complex projects, fostering communication between business leaders and IT.
  • Consult with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems, and industry standards.
  • Engage and work with various global and regional businesses, operations sponsors/stakeholders, and internal/external technology partners to deliver against objectives.
  • Participate in project activities from start to end, involving requirements definition, functional specification verification, user acceptance testing, and business change management/integration.
  • Liaise with project sponsors and regional business leads on an ongoing basis to understand their needs and priorities, as well as to proactively manage expectations, buy-in, feedback, and resolution of issues.
  • Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
  • Act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members.
  • Assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a product line management, e-commerce, and/or strategic planning role.
  • Strong partnership integration experience is a must.
  • Experience in supporting multiple software projects in the banking service industry.
  • Experience in data analysis with intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Demonstrated experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and compellingly, effectively influencing across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile software development lifecycles, standard tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of the banking market and products.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in wealth management is preferred.
  • Agile certifications a plus.
  • Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management, and prioritization skills.
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.
  • Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with attention to detail.
Education:
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred.
